By using the Mevotes app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Mevotes is a mobile app that lets users create and vote on polls called "Vottos". You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Account

• You must be 13 or older to register.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You may only have one account.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not create or share content that:

• Contains hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Violates the rights of others
• Contains misleading or false information
• Is spam or promotional in nature
• Could harm children
• Is illegal

4. Voting System

• Each user may cast only one vote per Votto.
• Vote manipulation (bots, multiple accounts, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Vote results are for informational purposes only and are not binding.

5. Content

You retain copyright over content you create. By posting, you grant Mevotes a license to use that content within the app. Content that violates these terms may be removed by our moderators.

6. Account Suspension

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or deletion without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mevotes is not responsible for user-generated content. The app is provided "as is" and we accept no liability for damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via notification.
